  • Complete change-of-address- information for post office
  • Keep current with "Thank You" notes

TWO WEEKS TO GO

  • Get a marriage license
  • Inquire about a dressing room for your and your attendants
  • Walk through the entire event in your mind.  Consider things like parking, travel, access for guests
  • Confirm all transportation plans

ONE WEEK BEFORE

  • Appoint someone to be the "organizer" to handle last minute emergencies and give that person's name to all vendors
  • Give final guests count to caterer
  • Confirm honeymoon arrangements
  • Groom to get a haircut
  • Bride to get a haircut and color (if necessary)
  • Enjoy a day with your friends.  Visit a spa and relax!
  • Contact photographer to go over final timeline

ONE DAY BEFORE

  • Get manicure/ pedicure 
  • Attend the rehearsal
  • Give gifts to attendants
  • Organize vendor tips into labeled envelopes.  Give envelopes to one person to be in charge.
  • Organize personal items, gown, accessories, vows, etc.
  • Organize day of outfit- a robe or button up shirt is best for hair/makeup
  • Clean engagement ring and place on the right hand
